  • 500 g flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1/2 packet of yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 dl of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 125 g margarine
  • 4 sheets of cheese
  • 8 teaspoons of sour cream
  • 100 g of ham
  1. Put yeast, sugar and a teaspoon of flour in the warm milk, then let it rise. Knead the dough from flour, salt, baking powder, eggs and yeast, divide into 5 noodles and leave in a warm place for fifteen minutes to rise. Meanwhile, beat softened margarine.
  2. Roll out the noodles on a floured work surface, coat with 1/6 of the whipped margarine and set aside. Separate each noodle, coat with margarine, then stack one on top of the other. Roll the stacked dough into a roll, then flatten it into a plate. Cut the 0.5 cm thick plate into 8 rectangles. At one end, put half a sheet of cheese, half a circle of ham and a spoonful of sour cream, then roll up the roll.
  3. Place the rolls in a greased tray, spread them with the remaining 1/6 of margarine and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes or until they are golden brown.
