Rolls with dried fruit and cinnamon.
Rolls with dried fruit and cinnamon, ingredients:
- 300 ml of lukewarm water,
- 100 g of melted margarine,
- 600 g of flour,
- 50 g of sugar and
- 1 bag of dry yeast.
For the filling:
- 150 g of margarine,
- 100 g of cranberries,
- 100 g of raisins,
- 100 g of yellow sugar and
- 3 tablespoons of cinnamon.
Rolls with dried fruit and cinnamon, preparation:
- Add dry yeast, lukewarm water, melted margarine, sugar to the flour and knead the dough.
- Leave the dough to rise.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm, spread with margarine, sprinkle with yellow sugar, cinnamon, cranberries and raisins.
- Roll it into a roll, then cut it into rolls.
- Arrange the rolls in a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about twenty minutes.
- Sprinkle the baked rolls liberally with yellow sugar.
- Enjoy every bite!
