Rolls with dried fruit and cinnamon.

Rolls with dried fruit and cinnamon, ingredients:

  • 300 ml of lukewarm water,
  • 100 g of melted margarine,
  • 600 g of flour,
  • 50 g of sugar and
  • 1 bag of dry yeast.

For the filling:

  • 150 g of margarine,
  • 100 g of cranberries,
  • 100 g of raisins,
  • 100 g of yellow sugar and
  • 3 tablespoons of cinnamon.

Rolls with dried fruit and cinnamon, preparation:

  • Add dry yeast, lukewarm water, melted margarine, sugar to the flour and knead the dough.
  • Leave the dough to rise.
  • Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm, spread with margarine, sprinkle with yellow sugar, cinnamon, cranberries and raisins.
  • Roll it into a roll, then cut it into rolls.
  • Arrange the rolls in a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about twenty minutes.
  • Sprinkle the baked rolls liberally with yellow sugar.
  • Enjoy every bite!
