Rolled paprika - Ljiljana Stanković
- 8 roasted peppers
- 200 years small cheese
- 100 g. ham
- 3 eggs
- 200 years breadcrumbs
- 150 g. flour
- 3 dl. oils
- mix of spices
- Roast the peppers, peel them, remove the seeds and stems. Cut them lengthwise and form a rectangle. Grate the cheese on the large side of the grater and grate or finely chop the ham. Mix with cheese and season to taste. Coat the peppers with the prepared mixture and roll up. Roll the rolled pepper in flour, then dip it in eggs and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry the prepared pepper in hot oil until golden brown. From the rest of the peppers, make a stir-fry with leeks and eggs.
