  • 2,5 kg of chicken

  1. We clean the chicken from the bones, starting from the breast first, cut it open and slowly remove it from the bones, but we should be careful not to cut the skin...
  2. When we have separated the meat from the bones, we start with the preparation.
  3. First put two spoons of spices on the meat, then spread it with mustard, arrange the ham and cheese. We roll it into a roll and tie it with a string.
  4. Bake for an hour, wrapped in foil, and after an hour, remove the foil and bake until it gets a red crust.
  5. Let it cool a little and cut it into slices. Baked potatoes or mashed potatoes can be served as a side dish, or as desired.
