  • 2 pieces of chicken drumsticks with drumsticks
  • 10 strips of smoked bacon
  • 150 g of cream cheese
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 sprig of rosemary (fresh)
  • 2 cloves of garlic

  1. Bone the chicken, add salt and pepper and leave it on a plate to absorb the spices.
  2. Finely chop chives, rosemary leaves and garlic, add cream cheese and mix.
  3. Cover the first piece of chicken with nylon foil, separate it, spread it with filling and roll it up.
  4. Do the same with the other piece.
  5. Wrap each in 4 staggered strips of smoked bacon and secure with chef's string.
  6. Place the rolls in an oiled ovenproof dish.
  7. Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes at 200 degrees.
  8. Take the baked rolls out of the oven, remove the cooking thread, place on a plate and serve.
