Rosenka with poppy seeds - the perfect combination of white chocolate and poppy seeds will delight your taste buds and stimulate your sense of smell.

for the filling:

  • 1 package of Rosen cake crust
  • 300 g of sugar
  • 3 dl of milk
  • 300 g poppy seeds (ground)
  • 100 g biscuits (ground)
  • 250 g of margarine

for glaze;

  • 150 g of white chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 20 g of sugar beads
  1. Put the milk and sugar in a suitable bowl and let it boil. Reduce the temperature and let it boil for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the ground poppy seeds. Mix well. Then add the biscuits and mix again to make a compact mixture. mix until it melts. Spread the warm filling on the crusts. 4 spoonfuls are enough for one crust. Do not spread the last crust. Press with a heavy object and cool well.
    For the glaze, melt the chocolate and oil over low heat and pour over the entire cake. Decorate with sugar beads.
    Cool well. Cut into slices.
  2. Enjoy the wonderful taste of poppy seeds and white chocolate.
