In the show Iris, Radio Television of Serbia, presenters Ana Babić and Slobodan Šarenac take you on a gastronomic journey on a map of old, forgotten dishes of traditional domestic cuisine, on which the book is presented Traditional recipes of Serbian cuisine, and the road leader is the author of the book Miodrag Ilić.
Two old, traditional dishes were presented: prep, open pie with puff pastry cheese and plum pie, a baked plum treat. Prpeć is a dish characteristic of the region of southeastern Serbia, it is prepared in Surdulica, Vladičina Han, Vranje... And plum pie is characteristic of the region of western Serbia.
