Chicken with sesame seeds - an ideal combination for a quick lunch
Here is a new suggestion for quick lunch: chicken with mustard and sesame seeds. Chicken meat is a healthier option than other types of meat: it contains optimal amount of proteins, it is easily digestible and it has high biological value.
Sesame comes from tropical Asia and South Africa. It is an annual plant and in 3-5 months of cultivation it reaches a height of up to 2 meters. The fruit are pods, which contain a large amount of seeds.
It is grown for seeds mostly in China, India, Sudan and some other countries. The seeds contain 45-60% oil, which is used for cooking, salads and for the production of margarine. The seeds are also rich in protein and are considered a favorite food in Oriental and North African countries. It is used in the bakery for sprinkling pastries.
By combining these two main ingredients (with the addition of a little mustard), it is obtained an extremely nutritious and interesting combination for a quick lunch, which is ready very soon.
Chicken with mustard and sesame, ingredients:
- Chicken fillet, 600 g
- So
- Sesame, 3 spoons
- Mustard, 3 spoons
- Soy sauce, 1 spoon
- Olive oil
- Beaver
- A clove of garlic
Chicken with mustard and sesame, preparation:
- Cut the white meat into cubes and coat them with mustard.
- Pour the oil into the pan and heat it. Spread the pieces of meat evenly in the pan and fry them until they are golden yellow.
- Add soy sauce.
- Add 0,5 dl of water to the pan and let it simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
- Take out the meat in a separate container.
- Heat the oil again and fry the sesame seeds for about thirty seconds.
- Return the meat.
- Finally, add the garlic.
