Rum balls.
- 125 g of margarine
- 5 tablespoons of sugar (powdered)
- 150 g of lean biscuit (ground)
- 3 tablespoon of rum
- 3 tablespoons of apricot jam
- 100 g of lean chocolate
- Beat softened margarine with powdered sugar with a mixer, add ml. biscuit, rum, apricot jam and a bar of melted chocolate. Mix everything and make a mass suitable for forming balls. Form balls with your hands and dip each one in the rest of the melted chocolate. Let them set and serve.
