Russian chicken with cheese.

  • 800 g of chicken breast
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 1 onion
  • 150 g of feta cheese
  • parsley
  • 500 g of frozen peas
  • 1 piece of carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1,5 tablespoon of spice mix
  • 2 spoons of tomato puree
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 50 g of butter
  • 150 ml of water
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 spoons of vodka

  1. Cut the chicken breast into thin pieces, add salt and pepper, apply a mixture of spices and mix the pieces of meat. Fry them in melted butter in a pan on the stove and then take them out on a plate.

  2. Cut the onion head and fry it in the remaining fat. Add oil and stir. Once the onion is fried, mash the garlic and add to the pan. Season with a mixture of spices, add flour, stir, and when it is fried, add water, tomato puree, and vodka.

  3. Add the crumbled feta cheese and a piece of fried meat. Finely chop the parsley and add it to the pan.

  4. Add sour cream and simmer until the meat takes on the taste of the sauce.

  5. In a pot on the stove, sauté the onion head, then add the peas and carrot cut into rings and sauté everything together.

  6. Serve the Russian chicken on a plate, add peas and serve.
