Dough roses - Suzana Mitić
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl of milk
- 1 dl oil
- 1 dl of water
- cube of yeast
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 cup level salt
- about 900 grams of flour
- 200 g of chicken Parisian
- 1 yolk
- 2 tablespoons of yogurt
- a little sesame
- Add sugar, salt, water, oil, eggs and a cube of yeast to lukewarm milk and knead the dough. Leave it in a warm place to rise.
- Divide the resulting dough into two parts. Roll out the dough in the shape of a rectangle to a thickness of 2-3 cm. Use a knife to cut strips of 2×5 cm. Cut the salami rings in half. Arrange half of the salami on each rectangle, but so that it protrudes a little outside the rectangle. Roll up the rolls .
- Repeat the process with the other half of the dough. Arrange in a baking tray. Leave for 10 minutes to set. Beat egg yolk with yogurt and brush each rose with a brush. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 200 C until golden brown.
