  • 150 g of fat
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 350 g flour type "500"
  • 20 g of fresh yeast
  • 150 g of warm milk
  • little sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • File:
  • 15 olives
  • 2 teaspoons of parsley or oregano
  1. Put sugar and yeast in warm milk and wait for it to rise. Mix the flour and salt and rub in the fat. Add egg yolk and sour yeast and knead a smooth dough. Leave it for 15 minutes to rise. Divide the dough into 3 balls and roll each one as thin as possible into a rectangle. Spread the crust with the filling you prepared from chopped olives and spices as desired. Roll the dough like a roll and cut it into 3 cm wide rings. Arrange in a greased tray and bake for 30 minutes at 250 degrees.
