Šakavci - recipe for delicious rice meatballs.
- 200 g of rice
- 250 g of minced meat
- garlic (several cloves)
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- 1 onion
- 150 ml sour cream for cooking
- water
- so
- beaver
- parsley
- crushed pepper
- Mix meat, chopped garlic, cooked rice, margarine, salt and pepper. Mix well and make balls with your hands. Put them in hot water and cook for a few minutes. Place them in a serving dish.
- Fry the chopped onion and pour the cooking cream. Cook for about 10 minutes and pour over the balls. Sprinkle with parsley and crushed pepper.
