Little Red Riding Hood salad.

  • 300 g of chicken white meat
  • 150 g of pasta (spirals)
  • 300 g of carrots
  • 150 g of hard cheese
  • 70 g of roasted peanuts
  • 70 g of roasted peanuts (for decoration)
  • 4 pieces of eggs
  • 300 ml mayonnaise
  • 0,5 piece of pomegranate
  • parsley (or dill, for decoration)
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water and strain.
  2. Beat the white meat, carrots and eggs.
  3. Cut the white meat, carrots and eggs into small cubes.
  4. In separate bowls, mix the cooked pasta with part of the mayonnaise and the carrot with the other part.
  5. Grate the cheese and finely chop or blend the peanuts.
  6. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate.
  7. Arrange the ingredients in layers, and press each layer lightly.
  8. To make the salad look effective, a metal mold or a cut plastic bottle of sour water can be used.
