Cauliflower salad.
Cauliflower salad, ingredients:
- 1 kg of cauliflower,
- 300 g of potatoes,
- bag of mayonnaise,
- half a glass of small sour cream,
- so,
- pepper,
- 2 -3 cloves of garlic.
Cauliflower salad, preparation:
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and blanch in salted water.
- Clean and cut the potatoes into cubes and blanch in salted water.
- Drain the boiled cauliflower and potatoes well from the water (leave a little in a strainer to drain the water).
- Place the drained cauliflower and potatoes in a deep bowl, season with salt and pepper, taking care to soak the cauliflower and potatoes in salted water.
- Put half a bag of mayonnaise, sour cream and chopped garlic and mix everything.
- Taste and if necessary, according to your taste, add more mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Garnish the salad as desired and serve with the roast.
It takes about 60 minutes to prepare. For more people.
