Bean salad - a salad that changes the whole lunch. Try it.
- 400 g of beans
- 2 heads of onion
- 4 peppercorns
- 2 peppers
- some herbs
- salt to taste
- 1 turnip
- a few green salad leaves
- small allspice
- 3 price of garlic
- a little vinegar
- a little olive oil
- quite a few people
- Put the beans to cook. When it boils, discard the first water and pour the second water.
- Add green beans as desired. The beans are ready when their skin turns white.
- Strain the cooked beans and let them cool down. Add the onion cut into ribs and the white onion cut into small pieces.
- On one side, put the sliced sargarep in circles and on the other side the chopped salad. Put the vinegar and olive oil. Add the sauce. Enjoy the taste. Pleasant.
