  • 100 g of pink radish
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • a pinch of salt
  • parsley to taste
  1. Grate the radish coarsely. Add oil, salt, lemon juice and chopped parsley. Mix the salad and serve while it is fresh.
  2. In this salad, you can leave out the salt, since salt and radish "do not get along". A little lemon juice is enough for flavor. If you add more acid, the spiciness of the radish will be more pronounced.
  3. Of course, adjust all the ingredients to your taste.
