Pink radish salad - Kristina Gašpar
Pink radish salad - winter radishes have a slightly more intense taste than spring radishes. Although now there are them in all seasons. Anyway, of the winter radishes, I like the pink radish the most because it reminds me of spring radishes.

Pink radish salad - Kristina Gašpar
- 100 g of pink radish
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- a pinch of salt
- parsley to taste
- Grate the radish coarsely. Add oil, salt, lemon juice and chopped parsley. Mix the salad and serve while it is fresh.
- In this salad, you can leave out the salt, since salt and radish "do not get along". A little lemon juice is enough for flavor. If you add more acid, the spiciness of the radish will be more pronounced.
- Of course, adjust all the ingredients to your taste.
