ingredients:
- 400 g of mackerel (or any other kind)
- 200 g of mushrooms
- spring onion (green part)
- spoon of olive oil
- juice of half a lemon
- medium tomato

<strong>Preparation: </strong>
- Mushrooms (in this case, mushrooms), fry in very little oil in a Teflon pan and cut into slices, i.e. noodles.
- Mix the mushrooms, fish torn into pieces and spring onions cut into rings. Season with salt, pepper, pour lemon juice and olive oil and leave in the fridge for a short while to let all the flavors permeate.
- Garnish with tomato slices and sesame seeds.
