Salad with eggs, peas and chicken.
- 200 g of chicken white meat
- 200 ml sour cream
- 100 g of ham (rounds)
- 1 piece of lemon
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- 200 g of canned peas
- 6 eggs (boiled, peeled)
- salt (to taste)
- Shred the chicken meat. Finely chop the eggs, put them in a deep bowl and add the peas.
- Cut the cooked meat and ham rounds into cubes and add to the dish. Stir.
- Mix the sour cream with the mayonnaise and add the juice of 1/2 lemon. Mix until the dressing is combined, then add it to the bowl.
- Add salt, mix and serve the salad on a plate.
