Salad with cucumbers - a refreshing salad with cucumbers.
- 3 cucumbers
- 1 hot pepper (spicy)
- 1 sour milk
- 1 sour cream
- a teaspoon of salt
- a flat tablespoon
- Peel the cucumbers and cut them into small cubes. Clean the pepper from the seeds and cut it into small cubes.
- Salt the sour milk and cream and add cumin (leave some cumin for decoration).
- Pour the ingredients over the sliced cucumbers and peppers, mix everything gently. Pour into a serving bowl and sprinkle a little more cumin over the salad.
The salad should be served cold. The prepared cucumber is diluted by standing, that's why
all the ingredients should be kept in the refrigerator and the salad should be prepared before serving.
