Salad with hot peppers - Adilja Hoxha
Salad with hot peppers.
- 5-6 hot peppers
- a dozen olives
- 100 grams of cheese
- only
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic
- Roast the peppers and peel them from the skin. Add chopped olives (which can be left whole), cheese cut into cubes.
- Make a mixture of finely chopped garlic, olive oil, vinegar and salt.
- Add to the salad and mix gently.
- Keep refrigerated until serving.
