Salad with chicken and blue cheese - a delicate salad of chicken and blue cheese.
- 1 coarsely grated carrot
- ½ iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 tomato
- mozzarella
- 1 fried chicken white meat steak or grilled chicken
- blue cheese
- lemon juice
- sour cream
- peanuts
Blue-cheese sauce:
- mix blue cheese, lemon juice and sour cream in a blender - 1 sour cream is enough for 2 people.
<strong>Preparation: </strong>
- Put blue cheese sauce on the bottom of the plate, grated carrot, chopped iceberg lettuce, chopped tomato or cherry, mozzarella and finally arrange the chicken sticks and put them on top of everything. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
