Salad with tuna and sun-dried tomatoes - in accordance with the concept of chrono nutrition.
- 250 g of spiral pasta made of buckwheat flour
- 10 pieces of sun-dried tomatoes in oil (5-10 pieces, to taste)
- 2 pieces of tomato (fresh)
- 1 can of tuna in oil (pieces)
- parsley (fresh, chopped)
- salt (if needed)
- Brown the pasta, strain and leave to cool completely.
During this time, chop the dried tomatoes into small pieces and the fresh tomatoes in the same way, drain the can of tuna from excess oil.
Mix all the ingredients together lightly and sprinkle chopped parsley leaves on top and salt to taste.
