Carrot salad - a cheap, delicious winter salad.
- 2 kg of carrots
- 500 g of hot pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch of parsley leaves
- 2 essence caps (from the bottle)
- 300 ml of oil
- 0,5 sachet of preservative
- salt (to taste)
- Clean the carrot and garlic.
- Wash the peppers and remove the stems and seeds.
- Parsley also wash. Dry all the vegetables from the water.
- Grate the carrot on the large side of the grater.
- Grind other vegetables, garlic, parsley, peppers (meaning all raw) on a meat grinder or blender.
- Add essence, salt, sugar, oil, preservative. Mix everything well, combine all the ingredients, leave to stand for about one hour.
- Pour into smaller jars and close.
- This is the cheapest salad, very tasty, so I jokingly call it poor man's salad.
Although there are carrots all year round, this salad tastes great for winter days.
