Salad "Sunflower" - Zorica Stajić - Recipes and Cookbook online
"Sunflower" salad.
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 spoons of mustard
- 3 eggs (scrambled)
- 1 piece of carrot (shredded)
- 150 g of ham
- 3 pieces of pickles (2-3 pieces)
- 100 g of sweet corn (shelled)
- 50 g of peas (boiled)
- 1 bag of round chips
- In a bowl, finely chop cucumbers, ham, grate 2 whole eggs, add sweet corn (leave a little for decoration), add peas, mustard, mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix everything well and place on a round serving plate. Grate the whites first and then the yolks on top, put sweet corn and some grated cucumbers around. Leave the salad to cool well. Before serving around, that is. arrange two rows of round chips on the side and serve.
