Mushrooms on rice – quick and easy!

  • 400 g of mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 turnip
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 200 g of rice
  • 6 dl of water
  • so
  • beaver
  • a little margarine
  • 100 g salami
  • 100 g of cheese
  1. Wash the champignons and separate the bras from the nipples. Finely chop the brussels sprouts. Dice the onion and grate the turnip.
  2. Fry the onion in oil, then add the mushrooms and sardines. Add washed rice, salt, pepper and pour water. Leave on low heat until the water boils.
  3. Pour the rice into a greased ovenproof dish. Arrange the mushrooms over the rice. Put grated salami and a little margarine in each mushroom. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
