Champita - sweet - the sweetest, for all lovers of champita...

for the crust:

  • 6 pieces of egg yolks
  • 6 spoon of sugar
  • 6 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

for the filling:

  • 6 pieces of egg whites
  • 12 spoon of sugar

sugar topping:

  • 100 g of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the crust and bake the crust at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
  2. Filling: Beat 6 egg whites with 12 spoons of sugar. Beat for 10 minutes at the lowest speed on the mixer.
  3. While whisking the egg whites, add 100 g of sugar, water and vanilla to the pot
  4. When the egg whites are whipped, slowly pour the topping in a stream (it should be a little thicker than the sweet topping). (total whisking of egg whites 15 min.)
  5. Cover the crust with the filling. Quickly align, decorate and put in the fridge.
