Champita - sweet - the sweetest, for all lovers of champita...
for the crust:
- 6 pieces of egg yolks
- 6 spoon of sugar
- 6 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoons of oil
for the filling:
- 6 pieces of egg whites
- 12 spoon of sugar
sugar topping:
- 100 g of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- Mix all the ingredients for the crust and bake the crust at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Filling: Beat 6 egg whites with 12 spoons of sugar. Beat for 10 minutes at the lowest speed on the mixer.
- While whisking the egg whites, add 100 g of sugar, water and vanilla to the pot
- When the egg whites are whipped, slowly pour the topping in a stream (it should be a little thicker than the sweet topping). (total whisking of egg whites 15 min.)
- Cover the crust with the filling. Quickly align, decorate and put in the fridge.
