- 200 g of pork fat,
- 150 g of sugar,
- 3 vanilla sugar and
- 1 baking powder.
Caps, preparation:
- Knead the dough from 400 g of flour, 100 g of semolina, 2 whole eggs, 200 g of fat, 150 g of sugar, 3 vanilla sugars and baking powder.
- Dip the mantises in flour, fill them with dough, but not to the top, as they will rise during baking.
- Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
- Roll the cooled ones in powdered sugar.
- Keep the roasted pawpaws in a metal box with a lid.
