Šapka - an unusual, very tasty pie, everyone who tries it simply adores it.

For the pancakes:

  • 1 piece of egg
  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 ml of water
  • 100 grams of flour

For the dough:

  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 250 ml milk (lukewarm)
  • 100 ml of water
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 spoon of salt
  • 1 kg of flour

For the filling:

  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 100 g of dry neck
  • 100 g of bacon
  • 100 g of marinated mushrooms
  • 100 g of cheese
  • 100 g of cheese
  • Sesame
  1. Knead the dough from the given dough ingredients and leave it in a warm place to rise.
  2. Knead the dough and fry the pancakes.
  3. Divide the resulting dough into two parts. Roll out one part with a rolling pin to the size of a baking sheet, cover it with sour cream and put bacon.
  4. Put a pancake on top, cover it with cream and put cheese. Add the next pancake, cover it with cream and arrange the dry neck. Add the next pancake, cover it with cream and grate the cheese.
  5. Repeat the process until all the pancakes and filling are used up.
  6. Roll out the second half of the dough with a rolling pin and cover all the pancakes. Join the edges, make it like a border on a hat.
  7. Coat the entire pie with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  8. Bake at 200 C until golden brown.
