Colorful bajadera - a quick and tasty treat...
DARK MIXTURE:
- 150 g of sugar
- 40 ml of water
- 200 g of walnuts (ground)
- 60 g of chocolate (for cooking)
LIGHT MIXTURE:
- 100 g of sugar
- 40 ml of water
- 200 g of biscuits (ground)
- 2 sachets of vanilla
AND MORE.
- 100 g green candy (colored)
- Prepare a smaller rectangular narrow mold and put transparent, thin foil in it on the bottom and sides. Cut the jelly candies into the desired pieces.
Mix the sugar and water and add the chocolate. When it melts, add ml. walnuts, mix everything well and remove from heat.
In another bowl, mix sugar and water, then add vanilla and ml. cookie. Combine everything well.
- Place half of the dark mixture on the bottom of the mold, flatten it, then arrange half of the jelly candies.
- Put the light mixture on top, then the rest of the jelly candies. At the end, put the rest of the dark mixture, level everything and cover with foil.
- Leave to cool and harden, remove from the mold and cut into the desired pieces.
