Colorful salad with peanuts - Ljiljana Stanković
- 3 dl yogurt
- 1 small leek
- 2 dl sour cream
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- 10 pickles
- 150 g of cheese
- 150 g of pork loin
- 300 g of macaroni
- 3 eggs
- 50 g of fried peanuts
- a little salt (pepper)
- spices to taste
- Cook the macaroni in salted water, then strain it. Eggs should also be hard-boiled and grated on a coarse grater. Finely chop the cucumbers, sirloin and leek into cubes, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater as well.
- Beat mayonnaise, sour cream and yogurt in a suitable bowl, then add macaroni, sirloin, pickles, eggs, leeks, cheese and peanuts (chop them a little too). Add spices to taste and mix everything well. Cool it before serving. It is very pleasant because it is refreshing and light.
