Colorful salad - Sandra Avtovska
- 150 g of rice
- 100 g of raisins
- 1 pinch of chopped fresh red pepper
- 1 salt of shelled corn
- 4 large pickles, chopped into cubes
- 1 salt of chopped and seasoned sorghum
- 2 teaspoons of curry
- 1-2 teaspoons of salt
- 1.5 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 cloves garlic (or powder to taste)
- balsamic vinegar (to taste)
- olive oil (to taste)
- Drain the rice so that each grain remains on its own (I mill it in a ratio of 1:3 with water and after it swells, I rinse it with cold water to stop the milling process and thus each grain is separated).
- Mix all the ingredients with the rice, mix well and leave in the refrigerator so that the rice can absorb the flavors and aromas of the other ingredients.
- Serve as an appetizer or main meal with some proja.
