Colorful salad - Sandra Avtovska

  • 150 g of rice
  • 100 g of raisins
  • 1 pinch of chopped fresh red pepper
  • 1 salt of shelled corn
  • 4 large pickles, chopped into cubes
  • 1 salt of chopped and seasoned sorghum
  • 2 teaspoons of curry
  • 1-2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1.5 teaspoon of sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic (or powder to taste)
  • balsamic vinegar (to taste)
  • olive oil (to taste)
  1. Drain the rice so that each grain remains on its own (I mill it in a ratio of 1:3 with water and after it swells, I rinse it with cold water to stop the milling process and thus each grain is separated).
  2. Mix all the ingredients with the rice, mix well and leave in the refrigerator so that the rice can absorb the flavors and aromas of the other ingredients.
  3. Serve as an appetizer or main meal with some proja.
