Colorful cheese balls - decorative balls in many colors.
- 300 g of hard cheese
- 50 years gr sour cream
- 50 g of cream
- 4 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- 100 g of peanuts
- crushed red pepper (a little)
- 2 pieces of yolk
- Grate the cheese well and then mix it with sour cream and cream. Fry the sesame briefly without fat, and grind the peanuts. Leave a little of the peanuts and sesame seeds for rolling the balls. Hard-boil the eggs and take only the yolks for rolling the balls. Mix all these ingredients well and make balls. Mash the yolk. Roll the prepared balls in sesame, peanuts, parsley, egg yolk, and crushed red pepper.
