Colorful bread with parsley.

  • 400 g of soft white flour
  • 100 g of rye wholemeal flour
  • 100 g of corn flour
  • 2,5 dl water (lukewarm)
  • 30 g of yeast
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 connection person
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 70 ml of butter
  • 1 piece of egg
  1. Combine lukewarm water, yeast, sugar and flour and mix well. Leave it warm to rise. Pour all three types of flour, a little salt, olive oil into a mixing bowl and knead the dough with the added yeast. Knead the dough well and let it rise. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and pour the dough. Thin it into a rectangle with a thickness of 1 cm. Specially prepare the spread: clean and mash the garlic and then combine it with chopped parsley, oregano, olive oil and melted butter. Coat the dough with the spice mixture, then cut it into squares whose dimensions correspond to the size of the rectangular tray. Stack the squares on top of each other. Line a tray with baking paper and transfer the stacked dough into it. Brush with beaten egg. Bake in the oven at 200 C for about 40 min.
