Colorful roll - a very interesting roll, and tasty.
- 2 pieces of wafer (sheet)
For the filling:
- 400 g of sugar
- 2 dl. water
- 125 g of margarine
- 200 g of ground biscuits
- 50 g of white chocolate
- 50 g of dark chocolate
- 50 g of walnuts (chopped)
- 50 g of raisins
- 200 g jelly candies (chopped)
- Combine sugar and water in a saucepan, then cook for a few minutes until the sugar dissolves.
- Add margarine and mix until it too melts.
- Remove from heat and add ground biscuits.
- Divide the resulting mixture into two parts. Add melted white chocolate to one part and black chocolate to the other.
- When the mixture has cooled, stir in the chopped jelly candies in the light, and in the dark mix in the walnuts and raisins.
- Put the wafers between wet cloths and leave them for a few minutes to soften.
- Take one sheet of wafer and half coat it with half of the light mixture, and the remaining part with half of the dark mixture and roll it up. Prepare the second sheet of wafer in the same way. Coat with melted white and dark chocolate to make the roll a lighter brown color.
Seasonal fruit can be added to all the ingredients.
