- 3 boneless drumsticks
- 2 pieces of red and yellow pepper
- 3 pieces of young carrots
- 9 young small potatoes
- 1 hot fresh pepper
- 1 young sweet corn
- 2 small heads of spring onions
- 2 fresh tomatoes
- salt, pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
Colorful lunch from the oven, preparation:
- Wash the meat and season to taste.
- Wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces, season the vegetables.
- Lubricate the pan with a little oil and arrange the meat and vegetables and cover everything with oil.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 275 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Pleasant.
