Swiss chard salad - if you haven't prepared Swiss chard salad before, now is the right time.
Chard or greens salad, ingredients:
- 300 g of minced meat
- 30 g of parboiled rice
- 1 onion
- half a teaspoon of paprika
- half a teaspoon of dry herbal spice
- salt and pepper
- spoon of oil
- 3-4 bunches of Swiss chard or greens
Ingredients for the dressing:
- 200 ml of water
- 25 g of butter
- 2 spoons of sour cream
- 100 ml of neutral cream
Sarmice from chard or greens, preparation:
- Wash the green leaves and put them in hot water to stand for 5 minutes.
- Combine meat and onion, then add rice, pepper, dry herbs, salt, pepper and oil. Add salt and mix everything well.
- Fill the leaves with this mass and twist the edges.
- Then the dressing is prepared.
- Combine all the ingredients, pour over the sarmica and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Serve Sarmice with sour milk.
