Sarmice from Swiss chard.
Chard sardines, ingredients:
- 400 g of minced meat
- 100 g of rice
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 20 chard leaves
- a little oil
- so
- spices
Chard sardines, preparation:
- Boil the washed chard leaves briefly in boiling salted water.
- Clean and finely chop the onion.
- Clean and grate the carrot.
- Fry the minced meat in a little heated oil, add salt, add a cup of water, then onion and carrot and sauté.
- Clean, wash and drain the rice. Mix it with the meat and season to taste.
- Put the filling on the Swiss chard leaves, twist the strips and arrange them in a baking tray or in a fireproof dish greased with oil. Pour half a cup of water. Bake for about half an hour in an oven heated to 200C.
- Serve warm with sour milk. Pleasant!
