Sarmice with meat and cream - Zuzana Grnja
- 1 head of kale (about 1 kg)
- 500 g of mixed minced meat
- 1 dl) hour (2 sour creams
- 1 glass of cream

- Clean the kale, separate the leaves from the roots and scald with hot water.
- Sauté leeks cut into rings in oil, add meat and fry briefly.
- Reduce the temperature and add sour cream, salt the cream and mix. Stew for another 4-5 minutes.
- Drain the kale leaves and fill them one by one with the prepared mass, making small rings.
- Coat the refractory dish with oil and arrange the slices so that they fit in one row.
- Cover with water, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
