Perfect fish burger with horseradish sauce - this summer, make vegetarian burgers and replace the heavy ones full of meat because that's what you don't need in the heat. Trust us, everyone will be raving about them!

All you need is a few foods that you can easily find at the market at this time of year and a little patience. The perfect "quick" and healthy meal will be in front of you in no time!

Fish burger, ingredients:

- 500 g of new potatoes - 4 cloves of garlic - 80 ml of olive oil - 2 teaspoons of grated lemon peel - 1 teaspoon of lemon juice - pepper and salt - 500 g of salmon fillet - 65 g of capers - 100 g of parsley - 2 eggs - 350 g breadcrumbs - 30 g of butter

Fish burger, sauce:

- 160 g of miller - 2 teaspoons of lemon juice - 2 teaspoons of horseradish

Fish burger, preparation:

Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Drain them and add mashed garlic, a little olive oil, lemon zest and juice, salt and pepper. Mash everything with a fork and set aside. Heat a little olive oil in a large frying pan. Add the salmon fillets, salt them, and then bake for about 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and set aside. Add the salmon to the potatoes, then the chopped capers, parsley, eggs and 70 grams of breadcrumbs.

Mix everything well, then take small pieces of the mixture and shape them into meatballs. Roll them in breadcrumbs. Heat the butter and a little olive oil, then start frying. Leave them for about 3-4 minutes on each side.

To make the sauce, mix the milleram, lemon juice and horseradish in a separate bowl.
