The perfect treat for all coffee lovers - if you don't have an idea for today's dessert, this is the recipe for you.
This is the simplest recipe for a morning treat that won't take much time, and everyone will be asking for the recipe!
ingredients:
- 80 g of cooking chocolate
- 4 teaspoons of hot black coffee
- 3 eggs
- 80 g of sugar
- 350 ml of sweet cream

<strong>Preparation: </strong>
- Break the cooking chocolate into small pieces and put it in the hot coffee, then let it melt in the steam, after which everything needs to cool down a bit.
- Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat egg yolks and 80 g of sugar with a mixer together with 150 ml of sweet cream. Then add the cooled mixture of coffee and chocolate, and finally stir in the whipped cream. Beat the egg whites firmly and mix with the existing mixture. Cool it all for two to three hours in the refrigerator.
- Whip the rest of the cream with the remaining sugar and decorate the dessert. When it's ready, you can sprinkle the dessert with chopped almonds or mint leaves.
