Cuticle, ingredients:

  • 500 g flour
  • 3 teaspoons of salt
  • 1/2 cube of yeast
  • 300 ml of lukewarm water

To coat the dough:

  • 2 tablespoons of fat
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

  • 1 egg
  • 400 g of cheese

Section, preparation:

  • Pour flour into a bowl. Add salt and mix. Dissolve the yeast in 100 ml of lukewarm water. Add flour, gradually add the rest of the water and knead a soft dough that does not stick.
  • Transfer the dough to the work surface. Divide into 10 balls. Shape each one and sprinkle with flour.
  • Melt the fat and oil. Take 2 balls each. Roll out the first ball (the size of a shallow plate) and coat it with a mixture of fat and oil. Separate the second ball and place it on top of the first. Leave aside.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining balls so that 5 crusts are obtained.

  • Beat the egg and add the cheese. Mix it up. Divide the filling into 4 parts.
  • Grease a pan (28 cm). Take the first crust, roll it out to the size of the pan. Place in a pan, spread the mixture of oil and fat over it and sprinkle 1/4 of the filling. Repeat the process with the remaining crusts. Do not put the filling on the last (final crust).
  • Cut the stacked pie into pieces with a sharp knife.
  • Cover the pie with a cloth and let it rise for about 15 minutes.
  • Turn on the oven to heat it to 200 C.
  • Coat the risen pie with a mixture of oil and fat and put it in a heated oven to bake for 15 minutes at 200 C. Then reduce it to 180 C and bake for another 15 minutes.
  • Cover the baked pie with a cloth to cool down a little. Then serve with yogurt, sour milk or sour cream!
  • Enjoy the nice taste of homemade cutlets!
