The chef of the hotel "Izvor" Božidar Živković, together with his colleague Milan Nedeljković, won the cooking competition Russian cuisine, which was held on November 3 in the "Pozicija" bar in Vračar, organized by the Russian House from Belgrade.
Six teams competed, and the best specialties, in the opinion of the visiting professional Russian chef, were prepared by the team of the "Izvor" hotel from Arandjelovac. They prepared Russian salad with chicken - according to an authentic recipe, Russian salad with salmon marinated in salt, sugar and dill, as well as traditional Russian soup "soljenka".
As a reward for winning the first place, chef Boži Živković was presented with a board with the inscription that the restaurant of the hotel "Izvor" is the Ambassador of Russian cuisine, as well as a seven-day stay in Russia, where he will improve his skills in cooking Russian dishes next year, all at his own expense.
