Sandwich projara.

Projara sandwich, ingredients:

  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • 2 dl yogurt
  • 1 dl of sour water
  • 1 dl of oil
  • 200 grams of corn flour
  • 100 grams of wheat flour
  • 1 level teaspoon of salt
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 2 spoons of ground flax

for filling

  • 200 grams of ham
  • 50 grams of tea sausage
  • 150 grams of cheese
  • 50 grams of small cheese

Sandwich projara, preparation:

  • Beat eggs with yogurt, oil and sour water, add salt and combine everything.
  • Mix corn and wheat flour with baking powder and add to the already beaten mixture, mixing gently.
  • Grease a 25 x 15 cm pan, pour half of the batter.
  • Heat the oven to 18o degrees, put the dough to bake a little.
  • Take out the baked dough and cover, first with cheese, then line up the ham and tea sausage and sprinkle with small cheese.
  • In the second half of the dough, add 2 spoons of ground flax, mix everything and pour it over the filling.
  • Return to the oven and bake for another twenty minutes.
  • Leave the projara to cool a little, then cut it into the desired pieces.
  • Serve with sour cream, yogurt or cheese, according to your desire and taste.

Tasty and beautiful, it will satisfy the taste of even the discerning.
