Last night we had "chicken and kohlrabi” (you can see the recipe by clicking on the name), and this morning I used the juice left over from last night.

Shanghai Noodles - An economical breakfast from a hearty dinner. It wasn't done on purpose, but it's still an excellent combination.

  • 300 ml of goulash juice
  • 400 ml of water
  • 200 g Shanghai pasta

  1. I estimated that there is enough juice for 200 grams of pasta with the addition of 400 ml of water. The assessment was good. The pasta was cooked with occasional stirring. When the pasta was ready, I turned it off and let it rest for 15 minutes, so that the pasta could "drink" the rest of the excess liquid. This was for two servings.
That's a nice idea when you have leftover goulash juice. Of course, you can use any pasta.
