Poured pie - fast, tasty and cheap 🙂 A pie that looks like a lazy pie, and it takes even less time to make it.
Dry ingredients:
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 glasses of wheat semolina
- 1 glass of sugar
- 1 bag of baking powder
Fruit part:
- 1 kg of apples (about 15 apples)
- 1 glass of sugar
- 2 bag of vanilla sugar
- cinnamon (to taste)
- 0,75 cups oil (Note: (a cup is from 180 ml sour cream))
- Mix the dry ingredients and combine them well.
- Wash the apples, grate them and mix them with the other ingredients.
- Divide the dry ingredients into 3 parts, and the fruit into 2 parts.
- Line a 20×30 cm baking sheet with baking paper, put a third of the dry ingredients and pat it down well with a spoon to give it the appearance of a crust.
- Put half of the fruit part, separate it nicely and continue arranging the other parts. If you have apple juice left, sprinkle the top dry layer, or spread a little oil, pierce the top crust with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
- If it seems to you that the pie has not been baked for so long, increase the oven to 200 degrees and bake the pie until it is golden brown.
