ingredients:

  • 350 g of cauliflower
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon each: salt, pepper and smoked paprika
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • primrose leaf

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

  • Heat the oil in a pan with a larger diameter.
  • Add finely chopped onion and cauliflower torn into smaller florets.
  • Fry in a covered container at a higher temperature for 3-5 minutes without stirring, so that the vegetables get color on the underside.
  • Then add spices (salt, pepper, paprika) and water.
  • Stir and simmer for a few minutes until it becomes al dente.
  • At the end, add chopped garlic and lemon juice and mix.
  • Simmer for about a minute.
  • When serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley.

You can replace smoked paprika with allspice. And if you like the dish spicy, add crushed hot pepper. The combination of lemon juice and garlic give this dish a special note.
