Raw balls in 10 minutes - balls prepared from natural ingredients. Suitable for people who avoid industrial treats.

  • 100 g sesame (ground)
  • 100 g of honey
  • 100 g of prunes (pitted)
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 piece vanilla stick (pieces)
  1. Wash the prunes, and if they are very dry, keep them in water until they partially soften.
  2. Grind them in a blender or in a meat grinder.
  3. (You can grind the sesame seeds in a coffee grinder.)
  4. Combine all ingredients - knead them.
  5. You can shape the mixture immediately or let it rest for a while to make it easier to shape.
  6. Roll the balls in sesame seeds.
  7. Store them in a cool place (you don't have to refrigerate them).

Instead of prunes, you can use raisins or any other dried fruit of your choice.

Due to the laxative effect, it is recommended not to consume more than a few balls per day.
